Diagnosis
Eyes large, DE/DO = 3.6; female scape yellowish-white; mesoscutum and scutellum golden-green; mesoscutum with raised and strong reticulation; scutellum with engraved and very weak reticulation; femora yellowish-white; petiole 2.0X as long as wide; gaster with 1st tergite with strong striae in medioposterior part and with reticulation lateral to striae.

caulitus, but noyesi with with gaster with first tergite with medioposterior 1/3 with strong striae and with reticulation lateral to striae.
